The Surplus Ammo & Arms M-4 16" complete AR-15 upper Receiver offers unparalleled quality & accuracy with it's enhanced features that come standard.These upper receivers are built to mil-spec & are ready to mount to any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver.     I just completed my build using this upper and almost everything else from SAA. Good initial cleaning and lubed with Miltech. I just ran the first 20 rounds through. Shoot 3/bore brush/patch/shoot3/bore brush/patch etc. Perfect function, no FTF. 1st 3 shots using Gold Dot 62 gr - 4mm group. this is my setup:
    This upper, SAA stripped lower, DPMS Lower parts kit, Magpul angled fore grip, Magpul CTR buttstock, Spkites Tacktical ST-T2 Tungsten powder buffer weight, Dragonhead Muzzle Brake, ACOG TA01.

    I got this upper last Thursday, along with my other parts, and built my M4. I was able to take it to the range on Friday and was very pleased. I got this upper due to the 1\8 twist, the same twist in my RRA NMA4. One inch groups at 100yds is very acceptable!!!

    Mounted this onto my spikes lower with a Geiselee trigger and it has been very accurate (other then the fact that I keep changing optics but thats my fault). Have yet to see what the exact grouping is at 100 yards but I am sure it will be 1-1.25". Only problem I ran into is like another reviewer said my gas block came loose (easy fix at the range with some loc-tite) but after fixing it I have not had a single issue.

    This upper is excellent! Very accurate at different distances. I can't find anything wrong with this so far. Wish it came with a quad rail though. Don't get me wrong magpul products are amazing, but I like the look of a quad rail better. Just a preference though. But it doesn't affect the performance.

    Pros
    Fit and finish. Fit to a areo "p" lower was perfect. The BHW barrel is very nice and at 100yds my spread is about 1-1.5" with iron sites & 223 PMC Bronze. (novice shooter)

    Cons
    I missed the X-Mass sale! Non so far.

    I love this upper, but the second time out, the gas block came loose so the gas wasn't getting through the system.
    Had to take it to an armorer to get it put on correctly.
    Besides that, I would get another.
