Ive always heard bad things about steel cases , but since i am using this ammo in my 357 smith and Wesson , i figure its a revolver and the casing does nothing to harm the gun, now if it was a semi auto , i might have some reservations using steel case ammo ???
Ammo came in a packed box. Each pack of 50 cartridges fit in the box well. The rounds are housed in their box, mounted in a plastic tray. Haven't fired yet, but rounds look sound. Next test will be to pop off a box or two to see if they shoot as well everything else went.
I've heard tales of TulAmmo cartridges getting jammed in revolver cylinders, but I've had no such experience. Probably because I keep my cylinder chambers lubed and polished (there's an excellent Kitchen Table Gunsmith article on the subject).
These .357 cartridges shoot clean, but spit a little bit of fire every now and then (that may be the result of my 2.5" barrel). I've not had a dud to come out of TulAmmo yet.
Steel-cased. So far, no problems and seems a quality product at a low price.
